How can a warped DVD be repaired?
I have a movie DVD that that warped into a bowl shape. Is this fixable?

If you have a very flat non-warping surface, you could put it in your car during the day and see if it becomes flat again. You may have to repeat this process. But do not put in oven, even the low temp is very hard to judge so you might either melt the disk or not have it not enough.

its more fun to get DVD-R and ruin the persons player instead of just the DVD although I know its possible to erase the DVD by a computer program but I forgot what program did it really well Blockbuster got so mad when some friends did it to their movies but they couldn't charge them because it wasn't proven they did anything there were no scratches
