Is Obama just rewarding Kagan for burying his Harvard transcripts while she was there?

With him, it's about making history and newsworthy events. He appointed the first Hispanic female judge, now that he's got a white woman (a first for him), it's a history-making event in that 3 females have never been in the court at the same time. That Kagan guy has really done a good job of covering his tracks, for him it is a very good thing.

Anytime that guy has opened up his mouth he has been caught backing socialism, advocating limiting free speech, advocating net neutrality or who knows what else that man has said.
