Death Metal, Deathcore, Grindcore bands to listen to, help.?

Okay, every so often I like to search for new bands to listen to. I'm sort of in the mood for stuff thats similar to Whitechapel's debut album "The Somatic Defilement."  So as you already can see I'm a fan of Whitechapel, so cross that one off the list.  Just with recent girl problems and life problems I want something I can get aggression out with.  So please if there are any good albums or bands similar as too I described it would be a great help.

One I would especially like to point out is Thy Art Is Murder. Their first album was a bit of a concept album dealing with the topic of Jack the Ripper. Lots of good tunes about aggression towards girl problems like "Whore to A Chainsaw" and such. I can tell you it really got me through some tough times and it is pretty gnarcore aswell
