What is the best "learn spanish" program?
I'm half mexican but was brought up to only speak english. I have always wanted to learn but can only speak "spanglish". I can sometimes understand bits and pieces enough to understand somewhat what they are saying but I would love to learn to speak fluently or fairly well at least. I have been told my pronunciation sounds very natural. I am looking for something that makes it simple, fast and fun to learn. Maybe something that uses a scientific approach on how the brain learns quickly. Like a spanish "hooked on phonics" for adults. lol.

I started programming with PHP/MySQL about a year ago. I had no prior programming experience so I bout a few books on PHP. Don't give up! I read the books for months and all of a sudden it clicked. It is difficult but stick with it.

If you want to learn spanish in a fast and easy way, then Rocket Spanish is a good choice. I have used it myself, and it works well.
It focuses on getting you to learn spanish in less than three months.
