I'm looking to buy an 08 or 09 scion xb and i am noticing a large amount of scion xb that are salvaged. Is this a risky car to buy? Everyone says just the rear bumper was hit and no other damage. It can't be considered totaled if its just a little cosmetic damage. 5 stars best answer. Thanks

I live in newport beach and the studio that I rent alone is $775 utilities included. When I 1st moved in there were 1 person per studio because we share a bathroom. 4 people is hard enough to share a bathroom with but I can live with it considering my location and price. Well we have new management now and they rented one of the units to 3 men and one had his gf over most the time. So we were sharing one bathroom among 7 people now. One of the guys moved out then the gf stopped coming around. So things got quiet and i let it go and dealt with sharing among 5 people but now they are moving a lesbian women in and her gf is here in and out as well. So we are back to sharing between 7 people one bathroom. My door is closest to the bathroom and we need a revolving door now. I'm late for work frequently because i can't get into the shower and the door is slamming all day long and they are all filthy. I pay $775 a month to share a bathroom among 4 people not 7. They are paying less then 260 each. That is fine by me if they wanna save money but they need to rent a unit with a bathroom and be considerate of the other tenants who pay full price. Is this legal??? I know in california you are allowed 2 people and one baby under 6months old per bedroom. So technically 2 are allowed in there unit. But what about a shared bathroom situation. The law should be different, like 1 occupant per room. I just wanna know before i have a little chat with the landlord tomorrow.. Thank you in advance for your help and 5 stars for best answer. :)

I have decided to go with the nikon d800. 1 for its built in hdr and 2 for the 36mp. I will be using bracketing and doing real hdr the hard way to but i like the idea of built in HDR because i have alot of fun with the pro hdr app for iphone. I also like the high megapixels because i want to blow up gigante pics on canvas and i dont wanna be limited to shooting raw. I'm a beginner but am told i'm a natural by many photogs. I SUCK at shooting people for now but my knack and passion is in sunsets and landscapes and love HDR! I will also be getting a waterproof housing sometime to get barrel shots in the waves here in balboa/newport beach. OK, my question! What should my 1st affordable lens be considering my style? Hello! I'm am looking at dslr cameras and I want to pull off pro quality HDR photos of landscapes like ocean, sunsets, clouds. I am looking between nikon and canon. Although I am a beginner in the dslr world I have been selling my photos for good money and am told i'm a "natural". I tend to pick up on anything artistic pretty quick. Regardless. Lets say i'm a beginner and I want a camera that can do justice to my style and quality that I want to portray.

I want something to have fun with but also be able to grow into. I am intrigued by the nikon d5100 because there built in HDR but I know thats like pretty much beginner dslr. I will probly have fun with its features but I also want to blow some prints up to 20 by 60 on canvas. I have been looking into nikon d7000 and canon 7d as well. I have posted many videos on facebook from 30 seconds long to a minute. I have been trying for over a week now to post a 7 minute hd 1080p video of my photography on Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube and nothing works. It takes like and hour to pretend its working then tells me my video can't be uploaded on all 3 sites. Wtf???? Someone please save me from chucking my iPhone across the pacific! I have tried from my iPhone. Also with wifi from iPhone. Also plugged right into my computer. I have uploaded it to my Mac and tried and no luck. I had this little bump under my arm pit and it grew bigger. It is the the size of a male nipple now and its same color of my skin. Even worse there are 3 big ones now under same arm. and one small one under other arm and another small one coming in under other arm. I use electric clippers to trim arm pit hair and last night I cut one small one off on accident. It bled for a little while. I also accidentally cut one of the bigger ones, didn't cut off but cut it a bit and it bled, no puss. They seem to have healed from cut fine. But should I be worried about these intruders. I don't want them and want to know if there is a safe procedure to remove them am I stuck with them or what? Is it cancerous is it disease? Is it no big deal? Please help. I want these off my body. I also have a small one growing on top of eye lid below eye brow. They don't look like moles. One under my arm is 1/4 inch long. This sucks!

My sis is very hard on her children. She yells at them for everything, calls them names. Her kids gotta walk on eggshells around her. I'm half mexican but was brought up to only speak english. I have always wanted to learn but can only speak "spanglish". I can sometimes understand bits and pieces enough to understand somewhat what they are saying but I would love to learn to speak fluently or fairly well at least. I have been told my pronunciation sounds very natural. I am looking for something that makes it simple, fast and fun to learn. Maybe something that uses a scientific approach on how the brain learns quickly. Like a spanish "hooked on phonics" for adults. lol.

I had 6 pack abs most of my life. Then I took a traveling job and lost my routine and destroyed my metabolism. I got a "beer belly" now. I hate it but I met 3 girls in corpus christi texas that said they are turned on by it lol. They were fighting over me. The girl I ended up hangin with just devoured me. Are there really some girls that like that? That aren't big girls themselves?

I lost 33 pds but gained some back but I am determined to get back in shape.
