Having trouble posting a certain video to Facebook ect?

I have posted many videos on facebook from 30 seconds long to a minute. I have been trying for over a week now to post a 7 minute hd 1080p video of my photography on Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube and nothing works. It takes like and hour to pretend its working then tells me my video can't be uploaded on all 3 sites. Wtf???? Someone please save me from chucking my iPhone across the pacific! I have tried from my iPhone. Also with wifi from iPhone. Also plugged right into my computer. I have uploaded it to my Mac and tried and no luck. I just want to be able to share videos from my dang phone. Thank you in advance. High star rating for best answer.

    GO to Vimeo and check the correct settings. You are set at too high a resolution. They have a page that gives you the exact settings to use.
