What is a good book on positive parenting?
My sis is very hard on her children. She yells at them for everything, calls them names. Her kids gotta walk on eggshells around her. Is there a book that I could send her perhaps anonymously that would hopefully give her a change of heart. Maybe a christian book or something positive. Nothing new age though please. If you have overcome something similar please share. Thanks :)
She has 4 kids between the ages of 1 and 15 one is a boy.

if there were alcoholic problems with her parents she will take on the same qualities they have even if she doesn't drink ( I know from experience) the best way is to help her work on herself and then she will be better for them. She probably doesn't know that it is an issue because that is how her parents treated her. Good luck! Books that have helped me ACOA HANDBOOK and love and logic books. There is another one I'm looking into called Unconditional Parenting.
