hi i got a son and we got arrangement from court for every sat 10.00 to 4.00 but we want to raise time we want to stay him sat morning from 10.00 to sunday morning 10.00.as a father can we get him?he is living with her mum

you'll have to provide the court with evidence that you can give your son a stable and healthy enviroment to live in when he is with you over night.
Usually, as the court becomes more comfortable with day visits, they will consider giving the parent overnights, but only as long as both you and the child can agree that day visits are successful.
I know you want to see your son, but for the moment, just be grateful that you have him for a while on Saturdays.
If you can show the court that you can handle it, they will most likely want to give you more rights to him.
