Eh... the price is a little low for Lincecum, in my opinion. I don't usually rate closers as that valuable.
However, given the stats... I do agree that the deal helps both sides. And Votto is definitely for real as a power hitter... he may not break the top-5 1B because of the talent there, but he'll be top-8 for sure.
I think the Lincecum side wins a little... but it does help both teams, so I can see it as being a quality deal for both sides.
