Should the BP oil spill be contained or dispersed?

Contained and captured -- loaded on tankers -- as much as technology and BP assets will allow.

i presumed the plan became to skim the oil. The EPA apparently gave a waiver to BP to apply the poisonous chemical dispersants, yet I even do no longer understand what the reason became fir the waiver. Actually, I think you can indeed contain and disperse at the same time. Not in the same area, but this is a huge spill. I think that they are using both strategies. Probably the idea is to contain it in coastal areas and disperse out at sea.

How about capped? Dump a bunch of rock and cement on top of it until they the oil stops leaking out. I think BP is letting too much oil be dispersed by trying to salvage their well.

What needs to be contained and dispersed are conservative corporatist politicians who order the EPA and Minerals Agency to grant BP 18 waivers from the United States law and regulation. Thanks George War Bush!
