werth and johnson for gardner and petite?
The trade I've been offered
I get:
Jayson Werth (.342, 7 HR, 27 RBI, 25 R, 2 SB)
Josh Johnson (3 W, 3.06 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, 54 Ks)
I give up:
Brett Gardner (.333, 2 HR, 12 RBI, 28 R, 16 SB)
Andy Petite (4 W, 2.08 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, 27 K)
I'm willing to give up Petite for Johnson. It's really the Gardner for Werth thing I'm worried about because I don't want to give up my best basestealer. What do you think?

Don't worry. Gardner will cool down. Don't look at this year's stats. Last year, Werth was a legit base stealer as well. Johnson is better than Petite so don't worry about that. Werth again is better. Way more HR, RBI, R and maybe SB. Just show the rest of year team to be sure, even though it probably won't be necessary as it is OF and P for OF and P.

I would not even consider not doing that! Werth is probably a top 5 OF. Johnson is a great pitcher, and also a great fantasy pitcher, better then Pettitte. Gardner will cool, too.

at the start, Mad canine, Werth going 30/30? you're nuts. It relies upon which categories you desire help with. capacity, RBI's, you flow with Werth. AVG, R's, Hits, or 2b's, flow with Johnson.
