A professional ipod transfer can help you transfer your iPod files to iPod, computer and iTunes.

    http://www.dvd-video-tool.com/ipod-transfer.html

    Key functions:

1.It can backup your iPod files to computer and tranfer music/video/photos from local files to iPod without iTunes.

2.It can transfer your iPod files to iTunes and another iPod.

3.It can manage your iPod as a hard disc.

It can't be done. Either you leave it as is, unregistered to your account, or you reregister it to your account. Reregistering it requires a Restore, which will wipe it out. That should have been done by the seller anyway.
