TTC with pcos i have a question !!!!!?

I have pcos my last period was in november when i started taking metformin

I have only just found out about Vitex.... i have never heard of it befor and as i read about it on yahoo i am thinking of trying it my question is should i take Vitex with Folic acid??

Im not takin folic acid should i??

    I have PCOS but basically anyone who is TTC where they have fertility issues or not should take folic acid its meant to help the development of the early stages of pregnancy. Also I tried vitex and believed it kick started my periods whether or not I ovulated is the bit I am not so sure.

    you should always start off taking prenatals when TTC

    Vitex, you have to consult you're doctor on.. it regulate's you're hormone's. and metformin worked wonders for me (i had functional cysts not PCOS)

    you can go to my friend's youtube channel and watch her TTC and pregnancy vlog's she gave me hope and look im 7 1/2 weeks pregnant =] !
