How to unlock a Motorola RAZR V3?
I have a Motorola RAZR V3, and I want to unlock it.
I have looked on Google and I can only find that you can unlock 7.D bootloader or whatever and my phone shows that I have 0C.F4.
Here is what the phone shows.
Boot Loader
0C.F4.
SW Version:
R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR
OK to Program
Connect USB Data Cable.

AS far as i know unlocking gsm phones with softwares via usb cables may not work 100% successfully. It may damages the phones by lossing its data and some applications. Unlocking by code is safe and simple. Codes generate from server based on your phones IMEI number. . If it is a GSM device (one that requires a SIM card):
All SIM unlock codes are tied to the particular device IMEI and are carrier specific. The request for that code would need to be made from the carrier that the phone was originally manufactured for. Each carrier has their own guidelines as far as what requirements have to be met before that code will be given out. This is a free process in the US.
If it is a CDMA device:
You would need to take it to a repair shop or electronics shop and have the software flashed (removing the old software and adding the software for the new provider)
