i need to do a master/factory reset on my computer. can anyone tell me how to do it? its a dell inspiron 530 desktop running windows vista.

You should have a drive "D" (recovery) in"Computer". It should contain your original setup.

For a Dell on startup: F2 - Setup F8 - Safe Mode F12 - Boot Menu Ctrl F11 - Reset to Factory configuration
