Can I make him come any faster?
Im 37 weeks pregnant and 2 cm dialated. I am way ready for my little man to be here. Is there anything I can do or eat or whatever to have him come asap??
I meant for my child to be born into this world. Not for a man to ***. Sorry guys.

No, and at 37 weeks you shouldn't even be thinking of self-induction.
Your baby might not want to be born until 41 weeks...so no offense, but you might still have a wait ahead of you, so I'd put my energy into resting, rather than a bunch of silly theories for impatient women.

There are many "home-remedies" that could be suggested, such as: walking, vacuuming, sex, spicy food, nipple stimulation, raspberry leaf tea, etc. The most unpleasant would be drinking castor oil, which I DO NOT recommend (unless, of course, you're inviting tummy/bowel troubles)..
The best advice that I can give would be to simply wait until your body is ready to deliver your child and until your baby is ready to come naturally. That is the healthiest thing that you could possibly do.

Walking may help him drop and efface your cervix, but it's not guaranteed. Nothing is. Unfortunately babies come only when they're ready, which is why most urban myths about Castor oil, spicy food, ect only serve to make you ill. Hang in there mama. I know these last few weeks are uncomfortable, but you're in the home stretch.

nothing is guaranteed. enjoy the last weeks of being pregnant, relax and let people spoil you and pat your tummy lots and lots............even though it was really uncomfortable at the time, i miss my pregnant belly :( I was kind of disappointed when other people were impatient at me not having the baby yet, like i could do anything about it! just live in the present, the time will come

Sex worked for me. It was probably about 5-7 hours after wards and my water broke and I was not dilated previous to this, but it was also on my due date. So I don't know if it was just coincidence or what. But never hurts to try.
Good luck!

Connor! Lol..no offense but I was thinking the same thing when I read the title.
ANYHOW. You can try walking. And having sex. Other than that, I would wait until nature takes its course. Congrats, love.

Walks and orgasms i heard they can jump start labor.
Because when you have an orgasm, the blood rushing can start contractions...im not 100% sure though.

they say sex can speed things along. ---i doubt its gonna be like do it and then youll go right into labor, but its worth trying.
