ipconfig /all
Make sure you look under the network adapter your using. Whether its an ethernet card, or wireless card, as it does matter.

You do realise you can get a prison sentence up to 20 years for using that without the other user's consent. It can cause data losses, and is making a machine do something the user did not intend. In any case, no sensible It admin will turn on the remote login for Windows as it is the telnet totally insecure protocol. And you can not gain the same access on a Mac as also by default it needs to be turned on by the user, and even then you would need the admin password of the machine.
