barkeleyboy why don't you allow email?

i answered your question showing you exactly where congress is given the power to create the national parks in the constitution. why won't you allow email so you can acknowledge it is in there?

    Have you ever noticed that the more ignorant the questions or answers are, the more likely those people won't have E-mail links?
