Does he like me?????????????

Okay so the other day i asked the guy that i liked what he knew about this one dude. he asked why and i said cause this dude is gonna ask me out and idk what to say. He said that he was funny, but then he just started to act weird and wouldnt talk to me or any of his friends. He wouldnt do his work or do anything.. I asked him what was wrong, he said that nothing was wrong. The girl next to me said that it was obvious that he liked me but i couldnt tell cause he is always mean, not the bullying kind of me but like the sarcastic and joking around kind of mean. Does he like me or not???????
