How to fix my laptop?

I have a wicked bad virus on my computer. i can't turn it on without all these pop-ups about how my "computer is infected", but it looks like the warnings are coming from my computer..but i know its the virus

...i need to un-install EVERYTHING so i can basically start with a fresh computer..there is nothing of importance saved on my laptop, so it's cool if i just flush it...i'm not sure how to do this. please if you could give me a step by step guide on how to un-install and reinstall the windows.

Update:

i can't use the internet, so i can't download anything

if you have the recovery discs use them, you might have a recovery partition on your computer, turn it off and press f10 as it is starting up,it will take you to the recovery partition.

The OS ( operating system, in your case Windows) can't be installed without all of the installation discs that came with the computer............I would suggest you download the best anti virus product available - it's VIPRE ( not a misprint ) and it's the one used by Microsoft themselves............they helped me rid my PC of several nasty viruses that would not go away and in 6 months, I have not had one problem !!

Download, install and run Malwarebytes which is located at the link below. It should get rid of your viruses.

Also, the free product CCleaner can be run afterward

Maybe you could call the store where you got it from and they could fix it or you could get Norton
