I would say Ingram but I find in extremely hard to believe he'll win two years in a row...
I say Ryan Mallett will take it.... If not him I'd vote (in order) Jake Locker, Evan Royster, Case Keenum, Kellen Moore, Julio Jones (or AJ Green).

1. Andrew Luck- Stanford QB
2. Mark Ingram- Alabama RB
3. Ryan Mallet- Arkansas QB
4. Terrell Pryor- Ohio State QB
5. Jacquizz Rodgers- Oregon State RB
6. Kellen Moore- Boise St QB
I think this year a QB will win it, Ingram is going to share time and needs some O-line help, I think Mallet will be getting a lot of media attention as well as Pryor, but Andrew Luck has some raw skill. Moore will not be taken seriously since he will be passing on middle school level teams

Dion Lewis is my pick to win the award, he'll definitely have his shot in Pitt's run heavy offense, not to mention he was downright impressive in his freshman year.
Other Candidates:
Ryan Mallett- Will only improve this year, and Arkansas has a chance to make some noise in the SEC
Mark Ingram- I can't see him winning it again, but he is still a contender
Mark Herzlich- The best linebacker in the country, put up amazing numbers in 2008 before developing cancer. Fully recovered now, he'll be right back on the field, and we all know the Heisman voters love a good story.
Tyler Hansen- Im a CU fan...I can pray right? I know the Buffs don't have too much hope but I gotta have something!
