actually, vibration isnt against the rules either, in the book what to expect when expecting it says you can use dildos and vibrators lol so if you can use a vibrator a little floor vibration and massage chairs wouldnt hurt either

Well the noise itself shouldn't hurt the baby as it can't even hear right now but you should try to stay away from vibration. I wouldn't think a concert could vibrate you that bad though, so I would think it's fine. Just stay away from vibrating things like massage chairs and hot tubs, etc.
EDIT: Vibration IS bad for a fetus. Vibrators and vibrating chairs are totally different. If you read the caution area on vibrating massage chairs, it says do not use if you're pregnant. Early in pregnancy, it may not cause harm however definitely don't use them late in pregnancy as they can bring on contractions.

Yeah its okay.
Ive been around a lot loud music and noises.
Sometimes pregnant women use loud music to get their babies moving.

It's alright(: You need to understand, when the baby grows bigger, the baby will hear EVERYTHING...like your voice, outside noises, and your heartbeat. Just don't make yourself go deaf with so much loud music (;
