do as many sit-ups and push-ups as you can and as often as you can. No joke dude. it works like a charm if you are persistent and constant.

See if you can do 2 sets of 50 pushups and 2 sets of 50 bodyweight squats. When you can do the pushups easily,elevate your feet. When the squats get easy,place your feet closer together, hold onto a weight, or try to complete them on one leg.
