WHAT DO YOU THINK WHEN AN INSTRUCTOR?

once it happened to me that i was receiving martial arts classes with a very good licensed and credited instructor.the thing with this was that at first he was very meticulous about teaching and he tried to develop the natural abilities in his students.some time later he was only paying attention to the students who were winning at tournaments.the ones that did not compete or did not do good at tournaments were left out of the attention of the instructor.he only payed a little attention and left some routines or drills to the other ones, sometimes katas but only went to see them to tell them they were doing it wrong,he did not took the time to teach Kata, only did it once and then he left them there.he also used the other guys for demonstrating techniques so the prize pupils and black belts did not get hurt.he did not treat them bad in other ways but he did neglected them.the thing about it is that i think he should at least have been honest with them and tell them that there was no room for them, because he was charging for the lessons anyway.

Question: Are they paying more for their lessons than you are? No? Then you deserve the same amount of instruction and attention as they do. This guy obviously isn't being fair, and someone should speak to him about it, respectfully. If he refuses to change his ways, take your money and go to someone who will give you the attention you deserve.
