Yes it hurts like hell. It took my sister 2 weeks when she started for them to finish the job it hurt her so bad. It's also pretty uncomfortable your first few times it's not like people make it seem. Don't do anything before you're ready once you go there there's no turning back..

I was 1 month away from turning 17 when I gave my virginity away to the love of my life. For me it hurt the first 10 or so times. The first time is very painful. Losing your virginity is nothing to mess around with. Girls just throw it away like it's nothing but it is so important to save it for a very special person. The first time you have sex is very emotional as well as physical. I wish that I would have waited a little longer before I did it. As far as how it feels that's really something that you have to wait and see for yourself. Its very hard to explain, just like labor. But don't rush it, never rush it. Only do it when you know you're ready and never let a guy push you into it. Save it for the person you spend the rest of your life with. It's better that way.

Yes, it hurts at first. At your age sex for boys is all hormonal..not emotional. Your friend is probably having sex because she thinks it will make the boy like her more. Fact is he just wants sex, boys at your age are all hormones (not love)! Just keep waiting, you will enjoy the sex much more when you are older anyway.
