Why aren't whites given the same freedom of speech as minorities in America?

Update:

I mean beyond the use of derogitory terms. I mean wether the Constitution says it or not doesn't mean anything, just look at the 2nd Amendment. All classes but white men are considered protected by American law even though white men are becoming a minority.
