My Lancer EVO jerking... check engine lights.. happen few times today?

its a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 2 with 4G63T 4WD turbo

    Download the codes from the obd2 port. My guess it's throttle air related (MAF or MAP...don't think there's a MAF in your car). In most cases you just need to clean the buildup from the throttle butterfly or clean the MAF/MAP with QD electronics (or replace the sensor)...it really depends on the codes being throw.

    Wait...evo2 might not have an obd port. Hmm...well...clean the throttle and maf/map anyway and see if it fixes the problem.

    sounds like a fuel problem...just guessing with little here to go on.

    Perhaps you got bad gas, try cheapest first...replace the fuel filter.

    Might also be the fuel pump, but try the filter first.
