how do I tell a girl without making her feel weird or embarrassed that....?

How do I tell a girl that her facial hair is not baby hair anymore and it's starting to grow long and thick and it's time to wax or pluck?? She's in her early 20's and very innocent.

LOL OMG me and my co-worker are cracking up lol..

I just started dating this girl.. she's very cute.. and interesting.. but the facial fuz is getting long. even if they are blond they are getting long lol..

I'm going to hold off and maybe hint towards it somehow. Thank you all for answering..

    Uh if you are serious I am not sure there is a good way to say that. Maybe just say she has some hair on her face that she could wax? Good luck.

    You don't tell her. You give her anonymous gifts, like beard trimmers, or even more subtle like wax lips, as in you need to wax yo' lips.
