Anti-war protestors - Are there more or fewer U.S. soldiers at war today than when Obama became President?

Here's what I can find:

Beginning of 2009: Iraq - 112,000; Afghanistan - 62,000; Total - 174,000

Today: Iraq - 94,000; Afghanistan - 87,000; Total - 181,000

Anyone else have different numbers?

There are very few people in the U.S.A. that are "Antiwar"

What many people are against is fighting a war when they don't know what their friends and family members are dieing for!

I believe in war to defend and protect. You have to fight to keep what is yours.

we have more numbers cause the cowards in control think that the show of numbers will intimidate the enemy, but the enemy only fears the gun and know we won't always shoot so they do.
