Sarrento's in WI Dells walleye recipe?
I recently had walleye at Sarrento's in WI Dells. It was fried and then topped with asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. Does anyone have this recipe?

I would broil the fish for about 10 minutes at 350 (seasoned with s and p, and lemon juice), while sauteing mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus in a bit of white wine, a pat of butter, and garlic. When the fish is done, spoon the veggies and sauce over it and enjoy!
PS--that's not their recipe, it's one that I use.

I like to cook Walleye with the Louisiana Cajun fish fry Bag , just fry it up the way the package says to then to add spice once it comes out of the fryer take your favorite cajun seasoning and sprinkle on each piece of fish. It is very tasty.
