A good exercise program with things i have.?
So i am a 14 year old male and i am almost 100 pounds (i have a fast metabolism and i eat right) i want to get more fit for when i go to high-school next year i don't have many exercise things in my house but i do have a treadmill. i am running between 6-8 mph for 1 mile. I do have 5,3,1 pound weights that i do sit-ups with (they are too light to lift and get muscle haha!) What else can i do with the things i have and are found in most houses to get fit?

Look into something like Power 90 or P90X if you think you are fit enough and have the time. They have many programs actually, so you can find something to fit your goals and intensity levels.
They are easy enough to do at home with limited space and equipment. The results of these programs are awesome! And totally real. I know many people who have had success both losing weight or building muscle.
Some are expensive, some are reasonable. But they are all worth it. I'm doing Power 90 and I love it. 6 days a week, less than an hour. I do cardio, abs, and sculpting. All in my living room! Best $60 I ever spent!

Depends on what you are trying to do. Gain mass? Lose fat? Gain power/strength/speed? There are lots of programs on the internet that you can try. Definitely do not skip the body weight exercises (pushups, squats, lunges, dips, chins etc.).
