Is my cat a boy or a girl? She doesn't seem to be either?
I know the answer should be obvious, but isn't. My cat was two years old in February. She was the only kitten in the "litter." Her mother's first pregnancy. She was a breach birth (I was present through the delivery). And she was huge! She was a black cat, born on a Friday, and as I said a breach birth. So I named her Lucky. At first I thought she was a boy. But when other cats were in estrus she ignored them. And I found it difficult to visually check so I did the best next thing and felt. No scrotum. But she has never gone into estrus, and has no nipples. This causes no problem. She's a healthy little thing. But I'm curious. Anybody have any thoughts?

Two years old, and never seen a vet? That could come back and bite you legally, especially as relates to any potential legal requirement for a rabies vaccine.
Genetically or through a malformation, she may have immature sexual organs, or even damaged sexual organs so your cat will never sexually mature.

Your cat could be a feline hermaphrodite! This is where the mammal has sexual traits of both genders.
Your cat could also have Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. Your cat may have the male XY chromosomes, but due to a mix up while developing in her mother, the androgen hormones had no effect on the kitten's development and ended up looking female. Here is a link to information on human Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. http://www.indiana.edu/~ais/html/ais_facts.html
Please take your kitty to the vet for a check-up and vaccinations. If you can afford a DNA test, that will tell you if your cat has a feline version of AIS.

well if its a boy or a girl, they both have nipples. are you looking in the right spot? i have a cat that is a male and he has little nipples on his stomach, the hair kinda parts away where they are. if its a boy, it will obviously have little balls unless you have gotten it fixed. but you said you've had it since birth, so you've bound to have taken him/her in for shots already. the doctor should have told you then.
pretty much if it has no balls=female
