I'm at the end of my Junior year in high school and I would like to know what is the earliest I can start applying for scholarships? Can I start during the summer? Or do I have to wait until the beginning of the school year?

Anytime is a good time to start applying for scholarships as long as you are qualified. (Check what each scholarship's requirements are before applying.) Ask your counselor to give you a list of scholarships. Just don't wait until the end of your senior year.
