Environmental sceptics. Oil spill in Gulf of Mexico, now can you see what damage we are doing?

There was a bad oil spill last year off the coast of Queensland, Australia, Now there is another in the Gulf of Mexico. These spills cause untold marine damage and destroy fishing communities, kill wildlife, and the clean ups are never, never 100%. The oil bosses just write out checks to keep the public and politicians happy and say it isn't that bad - I bet they aren't' living on the coast in the affected areas!

We should be moving away from Oil and fossil fuels, they are turning our world into a toxic toilet.

Clean up these things and use renewable energy sources and the global warming problem will start to subside as well as our planet being cleaner.

And don't tell me humans can't affect the planet, take a look at the Ozone layer thinning problem, it is now on the mend because we stopped to use of CFC's, but it still won't recover fully until 2050. It was man-made. Why don't we trust our best scientists now? It is baffling to me!

I don't know why we are all being so stupid and blind to what we are doing? Does anyone know why we are so thick?

You're right, Linda. More importantly... let's prevent this from happening again. Wild Fire Technologies, Inc. can help. We've held a patented technology since 1991. It is an oil-well quencher. Ultimately, this product will squeeze the pipe closed and stop the flow of oil entirely. Then, the quencher is designed to remain on the pipe so an ROV can attempt to regain control of the flow of oil.

Check out the YouTube video we've just made public. Help us get the product noticed and out there. We have the engineering reports to back up everything I said. It's a simple technology... let's use it.

Because there are a bunch of people making a living off the old stuff, and they can mess up any effort to ween ourselves off oil. We sold our future and our children's future to other countries so that we individually can have the power of hundreds of horses at our command.

Now they own us, and the Master's lash will be on us soon.

Or we are just thick, because it does not pay to leave that much energy to be tapped exclusively by dictators.

Linda, what are you going to do to replace the 15-20 million barrels of oil that just the U.S uses daily? Or the hundreds of coal fired power plants? What is your idea? Please leave a comment?
