Geographyically Maines greatest lenght is 320 miles?
its greatest width is 210 with these numbers how is it possible that maine has a coastline 2,400 miles long?

Maine has a coastline that has many bays, coves, islands, and in general is like a jigsaw piece which has no straight lines at all.

The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Maine's coastline is not straight. :)
