Do I need a capacitor if I'm just running one sub on a 500 watt amp?

I have a 1999 toyota camry

    NO stay away from them. They are the most pointless thing to buy. They dont help with anything. The store the amps ready to go into the amp when the amp calls for them. JUST as a battery does.

    They are just a bling bling piece for your ride. Total waste of money.

    If your having problems upgrade your battery or do the big 3.

    Nah i wouldn't think you would most cars can handle that amount. If you had excessive dimming after installing the system i would look at the battery or alternator to be the cause of the problem. But if you do have excessive dimming look for corrosion at the battery or the alternator case ground before buying a new battery or alternator. hope that helped.
