It does not state ILLEGAL MEXICAN, LATINO, HISPANIC, SPANISH.... simply says Illegal Alien.

It does not say the police can harrass any mexican, hispanic, latino, or spanish as he/she pleases

Does not say the police can Profile Racially, because in fact Racial Profiling is defined as is: An illegal practice in which an officer targets a specific race, ethnic group with the assumption that the person has criminal intent.

It DOES say an officer has the right to request (demand) for credentials when the person in question has committed a crime so in which counters the RACIAL PROFILING playing card everyone is trying to pull because it wouldn't be profiling if the person committed the crime.
