i just finishes season 8 and season 10 just premiered ;ast week on v so will season 9 be on Netflix soon?

Your suppose to eat a high protein meal within an hour after a workout "the golden hour" .... today I lifted and ate a banana right after but I went out to eat and had a lamb gyro but it took like 55 mins to get there and another 20 to get the food and start eating so basically my question is if I eat an hour and a half after a workout do I get the same rebuilding effects or did I miss my oppurtunity?
