natural treatment to get rid of nasal pulps?

I went to the doctor--he said he needed to do cat-scan-I told him to cut 'em out in his office-he would'nt

did a biopsy-no cancer but that used up all my money

they grew back(he cut about 1 1/2" out in one nostril) they are at the end of my nose again

I've been trying calendula extract that I made-but can only do it at bed time so only about 5-7 hours

any other ideas?????????????????????it runs but can't blow it -so there's crap in there all the time(embarressing).....I'm 56 male 6'0 141lbs.
