The description only says that this is the famous Fighter Squadron 11, with Manfred v. Richthofen sitting inside the plane. It doesn't name the other people. The rest of the text is a brief explanation of the history and success of the squadron.

Most certainly Richtofen is sitting in the cockpit of the plane.
He was the most celebrated Ace in Germany and would have been honored in this way. They would not have allowed him to stand outside.
