Since Milne abused Malthouse at 1/4 time in R2, then later the AFL fined Malthouse for retaliating to the remark, the loyalty and respect of the Collingwood players for their coach is such that they have not been beaten or disapointed Malthouse since. After last years 73 pt Prelim Final flogging by Geelong, and now followed by Costa's R2 outburst against Malthouse, the intensity, hype, and passion to "respond" will be electric in the Collingwood rooms before Fridays game, All that incentive for the Pies, and now this week silly Geelong coach Thompson,adds more fuel to the fire claiming Collingwood as copy cats to the Geelong style of play ?

regardless of what has been said about who between these 2 teams the fact remains.
carlton defeated geelong. collingwood went on to an easy win against carlton.
my money is on the pies. and i do believe that they will out muscle the cats in most every department on friday night. with their very entertaining brand of football that malthouse and co have them playing at the moment.
pies by 45+.

I hope he regrets it! im going to the game and i know we need to be at our very best to beat Geelong, i seen that copying comment in the paper, he doesn't know that we copied Geelong, so he should keep his comments to himself. I think the game will be close hopefully the pies prevailing!

p.s. it was R3 not R2 =)

Yeah he will regret it coz I reckon the Pies will come out and play the match of there life and win by 20+ points.
