To get a six-pack you need to be eating healthy, counting your calories, doing cardiovascular exercise, sleeping plenty, and drinking lots of water.
To grow your biceps you need to be getting at least .75g of protein per pound of bodyweight, and lifting heavier weights.
If you are trying to lose fat in your midsection and arms (your body loses fat proportionately all around your body), you need to persue a diet and workout routine.
The good news it is achievable, you can get a gym membership and a trainer for more direction - or - you can get a piece of home fitness equipment with some workout DVDs.
My suggestion to you is to check out either the "Tony Little Gazelle" or the "P90x" workout DVD set....
Best of luck!

10-12 times a week is okay.
Even you can do it more if u can manage.
Keep at least 1 hour of gap between your meals and excercise.

you're able to do abs common. this is the main needed muscle group, and it takes the main time to strengthen, yet you are able to no longer do an intensive ab workout consultation common. rotate with complicated/consumer-friendly/heard/consumer-friendly exercises
