Presenting stuff is always a little scary, but don't worry, you'll do great :)

First, practice, practice, practice! The more you work on what you're going to say, the more natural it will be when you get up there and do it.

Make sure you really like what you're presenting. I've realized that when I'm really happy with whatever I'm presenting, I do much better. If you aren't proud of your poster, work on it. Make it the best it can be, and you'll feel more confident presenting it.

Slow down! Talk to the point where you think it sounds too slow. I promise you, it doesn't to the class. That's one of the big giveaways that someone is nervous, if they're talking really fast. So take a deep breath, and talk slowly. Your explaining something to your class, they have to be able to understand you.

Look at peoples foreheads. It's less scary than looking them in the eyes.

Don't hold papers or anything when you present. People tend to shake their hands when their nervous, and if you're holding a paper you shake it a ton. So have your hands free, and just use them to point and explain.

If you rehearse it, you'll do great! And everyone gets nervous, so don't worry.

First, Good Luck On Your Presentation!

-Just Take Deep Breaths & Count To 10 Beforehand. It's Supposed To Be Relaxing Or Something.

-You Should ALWAYS Review The Paper A Few Times.

-Rehearse It By Presenting In Front Of Your Parents. It's Helpful, Trust Me.

-Memorize Your Lines So You Don't Mess Up.

    -Check Over And Over!

eh, other stuff. Oh, and have fun!

  • - Practice presenting before your speech.

    - Make sure to eat breakfast and get enough sleep the night before(:

    - Know your material!

    - While presenting, don't read off your paper, make eye contact with people all over the room and occasionally scan your paper.

    - Don't fidget with your hands, it can be distracting.

    - Don't rush, take time to think before you say something instead of using filler words such as uh, uhm, annnndddd,or elongating words. Awkward pauses are alright.

    - Act enthusiastic, not like some one just shoved you on stage and gave you a piece of paper to read. No one likes listening to a boring speaker!

    - Good luck!(:
