Is it normal not to do a poo for several days?
I had a general anaesthetic three days ago. I have yet to visit the toilet. I have been eating normally and feel ok.

quite normal after an aneasthetic to be constipated but you need a movement soon. Eat lots of vegies and bran and fruit in that order till you get back to normal. If you dont get your bowels working soon you will experience pain and this will make you want to see a doctor or dietician

Yep,can happen.drink warm milk with a big spoon of honey in it and no chocolate or bananas.Do you take any painkillers, they usually cause constipation.
