lilly park WV car accident?

there was a 17 year old girl, that just got her license and was in a fatal car accident this evening. any ideas how it happened? and who it was? my thoughts go out to her family.

    How it happened? You just answered your question. 17. Just got her license. She was probably doing something dumb like texting while driving. Otherwise drunk driver.
