Who knows your luck is changing LOL.
As a neutral EPL fan I will welcome any team promoted.
Especially since neither Blackpool nor Cardiff has been playing in EPL in recent years; it will be great to see new clubs.
Cardiff is perhaps more interesting, they will become the first non-English based club in EPL if they are through if I'm not wrong.

blackpool were 40/1 at start of season now 3/1.3-2 half time. you might get some cash yet.
