Ok so I need help with my computer...?

So my parents got an HP desktop computer a few years ago...maybe 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. And it says that you can turn the monitor vertically (long ways) and the words and everything will turn. But I tried to turn it and nothing happened. Can someone please tell me how to get the words to turn.Thanks.

    try holding ctrl and messing with the arrow keys. maybe it's ctrl+alt

    If it has that capability then you need the Monitor Driver installed to do it.

    This is possible using your graphic card settings.

    I have nVidia GeForce 9200 and in its Control Panel it let's me to rotate the screen.
