2) Question on losing weight/fat?
In my 40's.Is there an herb or vitamin that aids in weight/fat loss.
Am very active,some what stressed.But need to lose.I'm borderline obese.
I'm aware of the basics.Calories,water/tea,taking vitamins,exercise.
Thought maby I was missing some thing.

muscle burns at least four times as many calories as fat does so try twenty minutes of strength straining two to three times a week

There are only two things that will make you lose weight: consuming fewer calories through diet, and burning more calories through exercise. There is no shortcut. There is no magic herb or vitamin or pill. There is no "secret."

if you re eating out make salad the appetizer most starters are fried and come with unhealthy dips or sauces
