get an anti-virus like Avast and install and if the virus wont let it install rename it into iexplorer i believe. Then install it. Then restart your computer in safe mode by clicking f8. Then when in safe mode run a full scan and delete what it finds. Probably it will find the trojan. I dont no how it really works for you, but I had a similar problem.

Ok try not to logon and out of windows do a full system scan with antivirus and then youll be fine
