When is the active ingredient in Jewelweed (two methoxy-1, four napthoquinine)?

at it's highest concentration.

I want to make an ointment, and I'm thinking it will be most effective if I harvest the jewelweed at it's most potent time.

I think you would need to visit a site on herbal medicine or ethnobotany to find this information.

If you can't find the information, guess based on what you know about the plant's reason for making the compound. It is a pigment, so when would this pigment be most useful in the life cycle of the plant?

    Sorry I can't help better.

one element you should do is call the vet contained in the morning. if you're scared on your dogs, you supply them hydrogen peroxide to cause them to throw up. I were given this from a vet even as my dogs ate some flora which we weren't positive were poisonous. I felt quite undesirable making her throw it up, yet she became tremendous quickly afterwards. commence with a tablespoon or so possibly 2 and they'll throw up interior 10 minutes.
